Design Philosophy

Practice, practice, practice, goes the saying about success in the creative process.   Design, redesign make it indestructible, dependable, stable, a good investment, a professional tool to depend upon.   The last thing we want to hear is a service call, we never want to hear a dissatisfied  customer.   We don't accept this in our own studio, this is why we produce workstations and related equipment that goes the extra distance at 110%.  We put everything inside without the "S" on the outside. 

High-Powered Neutral Zone

   One of the most frequently overlooked and misunderstood components in a computer system is the power supply.  The ovefall electrical characteristics of the entire system. An inferior power supply can cause interference, rebooting, hard disk errors, and other hard to trace problems.  Our High-Powered Sentinel customized power supply  provides an “endless well” of electrical current to system components  (1000 to 1400 watts).    Drawing on our "Neutral Zone©" technology, the High-Powered Neutral Zone power supply comes outfitted with it's own "Neutral Zone"  choked, six stage line-conditioner   with outputs for filtered AC;  (computer monitors, converter boxes, etc.)  The High-Powered Neutral Zone power supply  comes standard with all MultipointUSA systems.

 

 Vortex Cooling System

    By far, the number 1 enemy in a computer system is heat.  Not only can it rob your workstation of performance, it can shorten the life-span of your system.  Our Vortex Manifold Cooling System consists of Negatively Tuned  intake manifold cooling solid copper heat-sinks  (1060g), multiple f120mm. fans supplying endless cfm's,  ( typically > 150cfm)  through  acoustically dampened chambers.  When the enclosure is running, a negative cooling effect  is produced, quickly sucking heat off system components and removing it from the enclosure.  If supplied with it's own temperature controlled air (<60°F) the unit will run in "Chill Mode" (below ambient room temperature). This ensures years of continuous duty performance under a heavy load, with stable and predictable operation.  The Vortex Manifold Cooling System comes standard with all MultipointUSA enclosures. 

 

Quality Control

    Aside from system design in a workstation/Server, MultipointUSA customers benefit from our hands-on approach to system design and production.  Each machine is assembled and tested by our qualified staff, (one on one) and put through a rigorous continuous duty, heavy load test for no less than 70 hours. Tests on systems underdevelopment have even been conducted for two weeks continuous duty at 100% load.  (378 hrs.) even a full load 100% test for over 1200hrs. even a test for higher room temperatures (89°F ) and have never deviated from our specifications.   This ensures that the system is properly broken in, and that all possible software / hardware issues are addressed.  Our systems are guaranteed for a full 3 years, parts and labor, components 5 years, life span up to ten years, you will never need to touch that warrantee!
