     We have made every effort to manufacture our products to the highest professional standards. We wish to have a professional relationship with our customers. We use the products we manufacture ourselves, we understand the idea of a creative dependable tool that has been manufactured properly and will operate in a dependable manner. When we manufacture a system or product it is delivered to the customer with the intention to be used as a dependable tool in the creative process for which the product was intended under continuous duty. We cannot control what happens to the product after it has been delivered to the customer. To that end we offer the following Warrantee.

All MultipointUSA computer workstations are absolutely guaranteed for a period of three years, parts and labor this includes the microprocessor, motherboard, memory, hard drives, power supply, cooling fans, enclosure, video cards, and line conditioners. Al PCI cards that have been installed by MultipointUSA when the desktop or workstation was manufactured. When an additional PCI card is installed by the customer we assume no liability. We will only guarantee our own work at the time of the order. As long as the additional card being installed by a qualified professional or the card is installed by the customer following instructions given with the unit there should be no problems. We have never had a machine go down because we pay attention to the details. When the customer opens the unit the customer assumes the liability. We will only guarantee MultipointUSA factory installed components.

When a computer in purchased as "computer only" MultipointUSA assumes no liability. MultipointUSA guarantees that the machine sold as "computer only" was manufactured in the same manner as all MultipointUSA computers are manufactured. This machine has been configured to the operating system only. Windows 2000 Professional or Windows XP Professional. It is not configured to the machine’s optimal performance level. MultipointUSA does not guarantee a machine’s operation in any manner after the customer assumes the responsibility of software installation and tuning of the machine.

MultipointUSA does not guarantee the operation of the software this is up to the software manufacturer. MultipointUSA does guarantee that the software has been installed properly, that the software performs in the manner it was intended, the overall system functions and it is within the specifications set forth by the software manufacturer when the unit was manufactured. We have made every effort so that the software functions in a given system, that the system is up and running for period of seventy two hours (72) Most software will show it’s characteristics within this time frame. All software that MultipointUSA installs, configures or that is set up in a system has been tested in a professional manner over a given time frame consistent with it’s intended use. We will not install software that does not meet our standards. When the customer installs additional software the customer assumes the liability of the performance of the given software and also any changes in the operation and performance of the machine which has been caused by installing additional software or hardware..

These statements are not intended to damage the integrity of our systems or products. This is to state up front that our products will perform in a professional manner but they require knowledgeable operation and maintenance. Operations, installations and maintenance done improperly will damage the performance of the computer. MultipointUSA only guarantees system specifications given in system setup manufactured by MultipointUSA.

MultipointUSA products guaranteed to be free from mechanical defects and to be manufactured in a professional manner as concerned to the properties of said products. MultipointUSA products are guaranteed to the original purchaser for as long as the original purchaser uses the product. If a MultipointUSA product fails to function in it’s intended manner MultipointUSA at it’s digression will repair or replace said product in a timely manner. If a product is returned for service the purchaser must attain a product return authorization number and prepay shipping. No C.O.D.’s will be accepted, no returns without R.A. number will be accepted.

The purchaser must send in all Warrantee cards, keep copies of all warrantees and paid receipt. The remedy for breach of this limited warranty shall not include any other damages. MultipointUSA will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect, or similar damages or claims including loss of profit or any other commercial damage, even if agents have been advised of the possibility of such damages and in no event will MultipointUSA ‘s liability for any damages to the purchaser or any other person exceed the price paid for the product, regardless of any form of the claim. MultipointUSA specifically disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied. Specifically MultipointUSA makes no warranty that the product is fit for any particular purpose. This warranty shall be constructed, interpreted and governed by the laws of the state of Maryland. If any provision of this warranty is found void, invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the warranty, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to it’s terms.

In the event any remedy hereunder is determined to have failed of it’s essential purchase, all limitations of liability and exclusion of damages set forth herein shall remain in full force and effect.
